Michigan AHEC Sponsors Legislative Breakfast

Michigan AHEC will be hosting its second annual legislative breakfast in Lansing, Michigan on Wednesday, May 23. The purpose of this breakfast is to inform our district legislators about the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) in their area, as well as to highlight AHEC's accomplishments in recruiting, training and placing the next generation of healthcare providers in Michigan's medically underserved, healthcare provider shortage areas. This year's opening remarks will be provided by Loretta Bush, CEO of the Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA).
