Professional development
Through various assessment processes, the Michigan Area Health Education Center (MI-AHEC) identifies continuing education needs of professionals. The MI-AHEC program office and its Regional Centers then seek to improve professionals' access to relevant continuing education opportunities, particularly using telecommunications-based strategies. Wayne State University clinical library resources are being made available to MI-AHEC health professionals teaching in our student programs.
